Camp Transfiguration

Camp 2025

This year, Camp Transfiguration will be held once again at Camp Wingate. Camp Wingate is located in the town of Saint-Adolphe-d’Howard, Montréal, Québec just 20 minutes away from Saint-Sauveur, Québec. All campers and parents should be aware of the following dates:

• Session 1 – Sunday, August 10 to Saturday, August 16 

• Session 2 – Sunday, August 17 to Saturday, August 23

Each camp session will be held from Sunday to Saturday. Camper check-in will take place on Sundays between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm, while camper pick-up will be on Saturdays, between 9:00 am and 11:00 am. Please note arrival should not be before 2:00 pm on Sunday and pick-up should not be after 11:00 am on Saturday.

Camper tuition per week is $615 CAD.  Financial assistance is available from Camp Transfiguration, the Antiochian Archdiocese through the Order of St. Ignatius, and may be available from your local parish as well.

Transportation

Please contact your local parish to confirm if a bus is being organized to transport campers to Camp Transfiguration. Please note that any bus costs are separate from and in addition to camp tuition costs and are to be paid to your parish bus organizers.

Arrangements will be made for unaccompanied campers arriving by air, bus or train. Campers are met at the gate upon arrival and escorted back to the gate for departure by a uniformed staff member. Please contact the camp before making any travel arrangements.

All travel information, including: airline/bus/train name, number, arrival and departure times and location, must be provided to the camp at least two weeks prior to arrival. Please plan arrival, at airport or station, for Sunday, at or as close to 2:00 pm, and departure, Saturday, between 9:00 am and 11:00 am.

Please note our registration form will ask for all information upon opening, including health history, so please take the time to accurately describe the health & care needs of your camper to inform our counselors and nurses and to ensure he / she has the best possible experience at Camp Transfiguration!
